T Fred went out with a bang, breaking his toe on Friday trying to film some last minute clips for his part in the dvd, The Cans Finna Plummet.  He has knee surgery on Wednesday so let's wish him a speedy recovery.

In other news I'm hoping to make a Carolina trip next weekend.
